About the Made 2 Connect Counseling Collective
We are a group of licensed professional counselors and social workers, who provide clinical counseling services. As a counseling collective, we offer individual counseling (17 and older), couples counseling (dating and married), premarital counseling, and experiential counseling groups.
We assist clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, divorce, marriage preparation, family conflict, grief, substance use, parenting, work-related issues, and many other men's and women’s specific issues.

Are you accepting new clients in person or virtually?
Yes, we are accepting new clients both in-person and virtually using a secure HIPAA-compliant platform that is easy to use.
How long should I expect to be in therapy?
The number of sessions differs per person based on the severity of the issues and per couple based on the nature of the relationship. In our first session and throughout our time together, we will routinely discuss the progress of therapy to ensure you are experiencing a positive outcome.
What are your hours?
Our hours are:
Monday - Thursday: 8 AM - 8 PM
Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM
Saturdays: 9 AM - 1 PM
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy and insurance companies do not pay late cancellation fees. If you need to cancel for any reason, let us know 24 hours in advance to avoid paying the late cancellation fee, which is the full session fee. You can reschedule via email, phone, or the client portal app. We do offer the flexibility of switching from an in-person session to a virtual session with 24-hour advance notice.

What are your counseling rates?
Our counseling rates are:
Jemece
60-minute Counseling Sessions with Jemece are $85 per session.
80-minute Counseling Sessions with Jemece are $125 per session.
Monica
Counseling Sessions with Monica are $185 per session.
2-hour Couples Counseling Sessions with Monica are $250 per session.
The Premarital Counseling Program consists of 6 - 12, 70-90 minute sessions; each session is $185.
Premarital Group Sessions are $100 per couple per session.
The non-refundable, prepaid 6 session package is $1,000 for Premarital or Couples Counseling.
When do I pay?
All clients are required to maintain a credit card on file. Session fees and co-payments are processed before the session begins. For in-person sessions, fees will be processed online.
Which insurance plans do you accept?
Monica (only) accepts insurance for individual counseling sessions. Accepted insurance providers are Aetna, BCBS/Anthem, and UnitedHealthcare/Optum. Couples counseling is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
