  • Are you accepting new clients in person or virtually?

    Yes, we are accepting new clients, both in-person and virtually, using a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform that is easy to use.

    Our hours are:

    * Monday - Thursday: 8 AM - 8 PM

    * Friday: 8 AM - 3 PM

    * Saturdays: 9 AM - 1 PM

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, and insurance companies do not pay late cancellation fees. If you need to cancel for any reason, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid the late cancellation fee, which is the full session fee. You can reschedule via email, phone, or the client portal.

    We offer the flexibility of switching from an in-person session to a virtual session with 24-hour advance notice.

  • Which insurance plans do you accept?

    Only Monica accepts insurance for individual counseling sessions. Accepted insurance providers are Aetna, BCBS/Anthem, and UnitedHealthcare/Optum.

    Couples counseling is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • When do I pay?

    All clients are required to maintain a credit card on file. Session fees and co-payments are processed before the session begins. For in-person sessions, fees will be processed online.

  • What are your counseling rates?

    60-minute sessions: $85

    80-minute sessions: $125

    Individual Counseling and Couples Counseling: $185 per session

    Premarital Counseling Program includes 6 to 12 sessions, each lasting 75 minutes - $185 per session

    Premarital Group Sessions:

    $100 per couple, per session

    Prepaid 6-Session Package:

    $1,000 (non-refundable) for Premarital or Couples Counseling
