Paint Me a Picasso

When you look at yourself in the mirror what, do you see? Do you see the moles or the freckles? Do you see the bruise from playing with your cousins? Do you notice that scar from playing basketball with people from your neighborhood? You may catch a glimpse of those areas but remember the stories that go along with those imperfections.

It’s self-care time, and I want you to paint. Since you have some paint supplies, grab them and paint a picture that reflects the way you see yourself. You know the drill, set the atmosphere with music, fragrances, and lighting. Now, paint me a Picasso.
